Introducing Foods

Ursula Sabia Sukinik February 6th @ 5:30 pm

Find the confidence and know-how to support your little one’s earliest eating adventures.

We’ll cover science-based strategies for a healthy start, including when to begin offering solids, how to foster positive eating habits, and the ins and outs of toddler-led weaning.

You’ll learn about key milestones like “first bites” at 6–8 months and “next steps” at 9–12 months, plus how to navigate common concerns like gagging versus choking, food allergies, and mealtime meltdowns.
